Captain Charles Sade – Charles has nearly 30 years of inland, near coastal and offshore sailing experience. Charles is a 100 Ton Near Coastal USCG Licensed Captain with Commercial Assisted Towing Endorsements. Charles is also a RYA/MCA Offshore Yachtmaster for commercial sailing vessels up to 200 tons. Charles provides ferry pilot services on the Upper Mississippi during the summer and spends his winters providing captain and delivery services in Antigua and other Caribbean islands. He offers on board training for new owners on sail and power vessels.

Captain Matthew Hahn – Matthew has over 30 years experience in operating marine vessels. He has been a licensed captain since 2007 and has over 2000 documented sea days. He holds a USCG 100 Ton Master Captain with Commercial Assistance Towing Endorsement. He holds an ASA Bareboat Cruising Certificate.

Matthew provides USCG authorized training for persons seeking OUPV (6 Pack), Master of Vessel and Towing Endorsements as defined by 46 CFR 10.205(I) and 46 CFR 10.209(c)(iii) and is a senior instructor with World Wide Marine Training of Oriental, NC.

Captain Karl Weber – Karl became a professional mariner in 2010. He started out driving boats to take people scuba diving and snorkeling. Karl has been a licensed captain since 2010, holding a 100 Ton Master Captain with Sail Endorsement. Karl offers on board training for new owners on boat sailing and power vessels.


Stef

Captain J. Stefany Coulter – Stefany holds a USCG 50 Ton Master Captain. She has over 10,000 miles of inland, coastal and offshore water experience. Stefany has experience with deliveries from the Atlantic northeast to Florida, Bermuda to St. Thomas, Gulf of Mexico, Long Island Sound and on the Hudson River.

Joseph “Nikko” Lorenczi – Nikko has over 40 years of sailing experience and is a Master Shipwright, specializing in wooden boat restoration. Nikko has over 50,000 documented sea miles and a circumnavigation.


Jerry

Captain Jerry Schneider – USCG 100T Master – Jerry has over 30 years of boating experience on inland lakes and rivers. Captain Jerry has been charter boats on The Lake of the Ozarks since June 2016, providing guests with amazing days filled with great memories. Jerry has done deliveries through the ICW and inland waters.

Captain Martin Parr – Martin holds RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore/Boat Captain, including auxiliary engines and CEVNI. He is a former member of the Royal Navy with full certification as a Coxswain, Navigator for motor and sailing vessels up to 110’. Martin started sailing in 1954 and solo sailing since 1963 with over 80,000 sea miles. Martin’s passion for ocean sailing and routing and meteorology is well known, including a gold medal presented to him by both the French and Canadian authorities in 2008 for undertaking this work (free of charge), in taking 60 yachts in both directions from La Rochelle – Quebec – La Rochelle. Known as the Grande Traversée de l’Atlantique, this was part of the festivities celebrating the 400th anniversary of the founding of Quebec. This included taking a number of yachts through the eye of massive hurricane Bertha in real time. Martin lives in Scotland and provides deliveries worldwide.


Captain Michael Poltorak – Mike is a USCG 25 Ton Master with more than 30 years of experience on sail and power vessels. Mike is located in San Diego where he was the Commodore of the San Diego Association of Yacht Clubs in 2020.
